Common questions
Do I need any tech setup?
No. You get a QR code poster - print it, put it up, done. We handle everything else.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Every customer sees a GDPR consent statement before submitting their details, giving your venue lawful basis to contact them under UK GDPR.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your first 15 contacts are free. Once you hit that, you'll get a text with a payment link - pay £200 to unlock CSV export and keep collecting contacts until the final.
Do I own the contact data?
Yes. Every contact you collect belongs to you. Once you're on the paid plan, export your full list as a CSV from your manager dashboard any time.
Does it work in the US?
Yes - we support UK and US venues. All match times are shown in your local timezone automatically.
How do customers find out about it?
You print the QR poster we send you and put it up in your venue. We recommend placing it at the bar, on tables, and at the entrance.
What prizes do I need to offer?
You set your own prizes during signup - a free drink, food item, or bar tab. Most venues offer a free pint. The daily winner is whoever predicted the exact score first.
How does the daily winner work?
Whoever predicts the exact score wins the daily prize. You get an SMS notification immediately so you can hand it out in person that night.
Can I control which matches are shown?
Yes. Your manager dashboard lets you toggle matches on and off so you only show games you are actually screening.
What if I hit 15 contacts before the tournament ends?
Your page stays live and visible, but new contacts stop counting and CSV export stays locked until you upgrade to the paid plan.
Is there a contract or subscription?
No. It is a single one-off payment of £200 that covers you until the World Cup final on 19 July. No recurring charges.
What do I need to print the poster?
Just a standard printer. We send you a print-ready PDF. A4 or A3 works best. Laminating it is optional but recommended for a bar environment.
Can customers enter more than once?
Yes - customers can predict scores for multiple matches. Each match has a separate prediction window that closes at kick-off.
What happens after the World Cup?
Your page goes inactive but all your contact data stays in your dashboard. You can export it any time and use it for future marketing.
How do I get support if something goes wrong?
